Sir or Madam:
I am one of the attorneys for whom David
Moyer worked.
During the nearly thirty years David
worked for our firm, he performed a variety of tasks skillfully and
honestly. Essentially, David managed our office anticipating and
taking care of our various needs. David served process on individuals
and entities and law firms. David calendared our appearances, checked
for decisions and assisted us with various court filings.
Although David did more than serve
process for us, he had a particular skill at helping us in this
regard. Essentially, David "always got his man (or woman)". Indeed, I
recount many of David's process serving techniques in my coursework in
the paralegal studies classes that I teach at LaGuardia Community
College at the City University of New York.
I am pleased to recommend David as a
